Grieving Your Spouse is a professionally led ongoing support group for people whose spouse or significant other has died in the last three years. The group is set up to help the grieving partner reconcile the loss.
This week, during National Volunteer Week, we are honoring the 98 dedicated volunteers from our community who ensure that patients and families facing serious and life-limiting illness find hope, dignity and love.
Living Through Loss (LTL) is an educational program for bereaved individuals that provides a supportive environment to receive education, support and resources to help with loss. Topic vary by month.
The Caregiver Support Group offers emotional and educational support in a nonjudgmental atmosphere. The group meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 1:00-2:30 p.m. at Johnson County Extension, 3109 Old Hwy 218 South, Iowa City, 52246.
