When patients enroll in Iowa City Hospice’s care, their personal physicians and other healthcare professionals continue to provide guidance and support. The Iowa City Hospice care team begins with the patients, who continue to direct their own care. A variety of care team members are available, based on patients’ individual needs and preferences.
